I Have Been to Sea All Day

I have been to sea all day, and heard of no-one
tanking across the water at my own speed,
breaking the glass in mindless navigation.

I have been to sea all day, and now at harbour
the lonely waves are far from human need.
I thoughtful travel home to meet my neighbour.
